I'm not a huge fan of the rain because it messes up my bangs. I'm pretty OCD about them always being in place. Really, the only good thing about rain is RAIN BOOTS!! I like them to be functional AND stylish. If you don't have the cash for the designer ones listed above, then check out Hunter. You can get them at Nordstrom, Piperlime, or Shopbop. And they have cute, little "welly socks" in tons of colors and patterns to stick inside!
